  1. I'm on my second StayDry players 4 bag and the only fault both times is the wear on the side of the bag from rubbing through to the bead. Taped up to get another winter out of it before having to order another.

Other than that a top top bag, loads of room for everything and keeps everything super dry even when caught out in the worst winter conditions. British weather ey!

I play the Players 4 Carbon bag for its light weight during the winter and when travelling. Sometimes have issues with the leg support mechanism which could be more robust and I'd very much like a rangefinder pocket with a magnet closure, so much better than zips or having to have a pouch on the side of the bag. Other than those things its a great bag.

One that I have been desperate to get resolved for years….
I’m ashamed to say that my golf bag is NOT a Titleist one for one and only one reason….

I evenly split my time on a golf course either carrying or using a trolley and love to keep it simple with just one bag for both,

Unfortunately the issue I have is when I use my Players 5 standbag on a PowaKaddy, the stand legs do not allow the bag to ‘Lock In’ and spend most of the round resetting the bag straps from rubbing in the mud and twisting around making clubs hard to get at…

I was excited when I see the 5 Hybrid bag but have not yet seen it in the UK (only seen in USA and thought it was a bit clunky to use as a carry bag…)

I had hoped that in the recently Launched at PGA Show Players 4 & 5 would have the same stand as The Hybrid But see that they have slightly adapted the Stand so will be interesting to see how this one sits compared to others…!

I’m praying it is an improvement on previous versions…

  4. Hi, I use a Premium Carry Bag, for 9 hole rounds when I only want to carry a half set or for practice sessions.

I have a Player 4 Carbon, Tour Series Premium StaDry Stand and Cart as well to cover all my bag needs.

The only issue with the PCB is that it could do with a reinforced base area, when I play very early and there is dew, you get water seeping its way up the bag and which makes it way through to anything you may have inside the bag.

Other than that, I love the bag! I get a lot of compliments on it as well!

  5. Hi Will and TT Team
My main bag is the Players 5 Sta Dry in washed indigo (see profile pic)
I am very pleased with it and consider the following the main advantages:-
    - lightweight but with enough room, just, for all my clubs - even though I am head over heavy. Glad I went for this over a 4 which I think would have been a struggle
    - love the colour and branding
    - stable and good leg operation
    - robust construction given the weight
    What to improve?
    - the small pocket above the ball pocket is a little fiddly and could have better access with a magnet rather than a zip
    - the legs do flap about sometimes when walking but I just hold them
My other bag is a mid sized cart bag for the odd time I need a cart

I use the premium carry as my quick 9 bag which is in the car most of the time as I travel the country on business.
I swap between the players 4 and the Premium carry through out the summer months but stay with the premium carry during the winter.
My only gripe is the lack of a head cover in the winter but I use a Stay dry bag hood / towel which does the job.
I love the way it can handle a few clubs or a full set with easy and how it holds the clubs off the ground stopping them from getting damaged and wet.
I have found over a prolonged day out in winter the base of the bag gets wet and can seep through to the grips every so often and the bag could benefit from being produced in the stay dry fabric as for me most players use these bags in winter.
  7. Hey Team,

I have a Hybrid 14 Stadry bag and has been great, there are a few areas where I think I could be improved.

The 2 drinks/netting pockets need to either have slightly wider openings or longer compartments. whilst the are great for a bottle of energy drink, if your trying to use a reusable yeti or similar size water bottle the just do not fit in easily enough to get them in and out without issues.

The great thing about the hybrid is that you can easily switch between carry and then chuck it on a trolly with no issues. Well the towel ring and umbrella fastener are directly in line with the trolley strap opening space that goes behind the pocket so when putting on a. trolley especially a powakaddy these get stuck or rub or are just unusable whilst on the trolly. This means that I have to either move an umbrella to one of the slots or try to jam it down the side of the trolley strap so it's accessible when on the trolley.

More of a niche point is that replacement legs are not available. They are so easy to replace and I was unfortunately at the wrong end of someone driving a buggy into the side of my bag which bent one of the legs. I was able to straighten it whilst on the course but when contacting support was told that replacement legs are not available which is something that I feel could so easily be made available on your website. This would mean I didn't have to purchase a whole new bag (which I ended up doing) but also mean that people could customise their bags by swapping out the legs.

apart from that great bag and usually stays on my trolly so I was a separate carry bag now.
