I ordered the Linkslegend Members bag two days ago to replace my Players 5 bag (dividers were torn & clubs were gettng stuck). I just used the Bag Selector tool and it recommended the LL Members bag. I guess the tool works!!!!
  2. That was a lot more extensive than I expected, which it a good thing. I also liked how there was a section for how much you want in your bag and if premium materials were important. I would only suggest maybe a price question and if that is important to the person. Overall amazing job and great to guide someone who is new

Process was very easy and recommended the Hybrid 5.

  4. Worked great, very easy to answer all the questions and thought the questions were very directed towards understanding wants/needs. Was recommended the players 4 carbon which is probably the best match for me. Currently game the standard players 4 because it has my club logo on it.

Worked fine. Selector recommended the bag I am currently using when I carry (the Players 4 Carbon), and the alternate recommendation was the one I generally use when I ride (the Links).

    Hi Allan,

Good selector tool, but to me, one glaring mistake is the lack of inclusion of push carts in the questions.

More often than anything, I walk the front nine with my cart bag on a Clic push cart. I drop off my push cart at the turn and load it onto the cart of one of my playing partners. I also shift the front row clubs to the back row and vice versa.

My preference is the Cart-15, which is not what the selector presented to me. It suggested a Hybrid-14, but surely because I chose the mix of walking & riding.

    Thanks!

The process was simple to navigate which is very similar to the golf ball selector process. Based on the golfers preferences and what they might typically carry in their bag will match them pretty accurately. I have been switching between the 5-divider bag and the Sunday carry bag based on the course and people I am playing with. I prefer to walk and only carry necessities on the course so it suggested the players 4. Which I am contemplating on getting. I do like the 5 dividers at times but keeping it simple with the 4 dividers as it suggested might be the best option for me.

Very nice user flow, and appropriate questions for a bag selector. Accurate as well for me, the recommendation was the Hybrid 14-way top, which is the bag I currently use. I also thought the question about materials was good, some may only be interested in premium leather materials and others may not. Good tool!

  9. Experience was fast and smooth. There were some questions where I was looking for another possible response. It selected the players 5 for me which I have looked at recently.

The selector tool worked great. Chose the hybrid 5 with my input. I am currently using a vessel players IV and so far so good other than I struggle to get the clubs to sit all the way down in the bag. I have tried and like the idea and organization of 14 way dividers but I seem to have a knack for destroying the dividers. Still searching for the perfect bag….

Recommended the Players 5 and Hybrid 5. Currently have the Players 5.

Tool was easy to use. Questions were relevant to helping make selection.

I use a Linkslegend Members bag and that was what I was recommended.

However, two things of note on the experience/questions:
    1. On the weight preference screen, "Ultralight" as an option didn't seem to fit the other options or expected pre-defined answers.
    2. A question missing is grip size... in my current bag, I have incredibly frustrating club tangle about 40% of the time -- so it may be helpful to consider this an additional facet for matching?

Overall, user experience was smooth and easy -- something I'd expect from Titleist... and the matching seemed accurate. I appreciated the pre-defined answer sets vs. scales, and the prompting and instructions were very clear.

I was matched up with the hybrid 5 bag, I really like the look, I currently have a swoosh squatch bag, 14 slot which I do like but I believe I would prefer the 5 slot. I have not purchased a new bag in a few years and am ready for a replacement, so this bag is on my list.

The interface for the bag selector tool is clean and easy to use. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the recommendations. I went through the selector tool twice, tweaking my answer combinations (walk only vs. combination), (minimal gear load vs. average), and (ultralight vs. average). In all cases, I indicated that I prefer a 14-way top. Most of the time, the tool recommended the Players 4 Carbon, which would certainly not be my bag of choice. I managed to adjust my answers to finally receive the Hybrid 14 as a recommendation, which is likely the best option for me.

For reference, I mainly walk using a push cart and occasionally ride. It is very frustrating that most bag manufacturers do not design bags optimized for push carts. Currently, I am using a Sun Mountain Sync, which is one of the few bags I have found explicitly designed for a push cart. While it is far from perfect, it is the best I have seen for that purpose. It is very lightweight, has no legs, provides a decent amount of storage, and most importantly, the 14-way top is optimized for use with a push cart.

Overall very easy to use and it asks intuitive questions. Two of the three bags I rotate between were consistently identified based on when I select either for the round. I did find it a little difficult to get a cart style bag unless specifically referencing that is what I currently used. I only use a full size bag in adverse weather, but a staff bag is very useful to be able to bring along changes of socks, shirts, or stashing multiple layers if the temperature is going to dramatically swing up or down through the round.

Pretty easy tool to navigate and the questions are simple enough to not get too bogged down but results came accurate. Hybrid 14 was the recommended bag with the Players 4 as an alternate. I like to walk with my push cart mostly but when with group outings we will ride so I like that the Hybrid was the recommended bag. Having the stand is nice for range sessions without worrying about the bag falling over but it also looks like it’s big enough to not get twisted around in a cart as most lightweight carry bags do

    • Thoughts on the experience: Selector tool is nice for those who don't know what they want. I know what I want so it didn't help.
    • What bag was recommended to you— and do you agree with the recommendation? Hybrid 14. Don't agree. The hybrid with the arms are too flimsy for pushcarts and usually break. So no, I don't agree. I
    • What is your preferred golf bag if it's different from the recommendation? Lightweight 14 cart bag. All white.
    Thanks for the opportunity.
  18. Very interesting tool to use in the future. Walked through the steps and my recommended bag was one that I currently have.
Future choices I will utilize the selector again as my game preferences change.
  19. COOL STORY REAL QUICK BUT I was recommended the Players 5 bag I think all the bags are good just depending on how much you walk or not but I remember when I was 15 in 2015 and I was at the range and I had a $20 wedge with a ripped up grip and a older guy came to me and said let me see that went inside and came out with a sm5 brand new vokey and I’ve been with titleist since and we’ll never leave
  20. Tried to access the golf bag selector tool but the website gave me an error. I would have liked to try it and see what it would have recommended for me.
