  1. Yup we are on the wooly hats here in Ireland too.....brrr...wet and windy
  2. Well, I've got a (Titleist) bobble hat for the snow and a Stadry cap for the rain but otherwise, I just let the wind blow through my hair, so it's not a conundrum for me.

Here In North Carolina we do get some "chilly" weather so the mesh summer hats go in the closet around Thanksgiving and the heavier hats stay on the table for those quick grocery runs. I don't like wearing a hat with a magnetized marker to the store however! What do I need it for? Place my basket down and put the mark behind it?

hang them to dry immediately.... question for everyone is as follows....someone told me you can put your white caps in the dishwasher and they come out clean.. how come the brims don't get destroyed as I believe the brims and susceptible to water damage.. ??? please explain

also in Florida because of the humidity I have found the open divider bags with six compartments are better than the one with 14 dividers as the latter don't dry as well in damp rainy conditions and are subject to mildew if not immediately dried out by removing clubs.. never had that problem with the old six divider bags. sun mountain is one of the few manufacturers still producing "open bags" instead of the 14 slot ones.. I've been playing golf 62 years so both up North and down in florida so I am very familiar with different climates and weather's effects on bags..

I would be a good reviewer of courses in s. florida as I have lived in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area for over 57 years and have played most semi- private and some private clubs as well..so if anyone is interested email me at Lylethe4@bellsouth.net

I wear mine year round. There are always nice days in the winter in Southern Colorado.
  12. Never! Living in Western Kentucky you can wear insulated pants one day and shorts the next. We play a lot of golf during the winter months.

  13. Living in Western Kentucky the weather can change day to day. Rainy 40 degrees today. Sunny 56 tomorrow lol. We play a lot of golf in the winter so I need my Titleist cap ready at all times.

Uh, never. You can wear them year around here in the Houston area. I do tend to leave the wide brim straw hats at home, though.

Never. Up in British Columbia Canada, I wear some of my Titleist hats all year long. Haven't found a Titleist or FootJoy touque locally for winter.

Ahhh? Let's see maybe never! I live in Ky and even though it get's cold and is always nasty after say November to end of March we have a crew of about 12-14 guys once a week minimum covers on heaters in the cart. True diehards so yeah never.

I wear mine everywhere so they never get put away. Come to think of it, I am due for a new TT hat as mine is looking pretty grimy now haha

I never do. Living in NC, all I ever have to do is wear my dark colored caps during the winter. And save my white and khaki caps for the spring and summer. If the forecasted high temp is less than 50 degrees, I usually don’t play. The exception would be a tournament where I have already paid the entry fee and am obligated to play no matter what. Then I wear a black cap or a toboggan. But, I never really have to put any caps away for the winter.
