Go back to the Titleist retailer where you got the club. They will be able to help you get either a replacement or a repair.

As the handicap system is a measure of your "potential" to score not your actual scores I would enter the score using the existing slope and rating for the course. A single round will note affect your index even if the rating and slope are not perfect…

The individual authorized dealers set the selling prices for the shaft upcharges. You expect to pay in the area of $250 - $275 for each of these shaft.

If your pro shop called the order in on Monday afternoon, it won't go to the floor until Tuesday.  2-3 days is Thursday/Friday.  We were closed for the holiday on Monday and you are a 3-4 day trip by ground to the midwest.  Give your pro shop a call…
