Played in a charity golf event on June 26, 2017. My teams first hole of the day was the par 3 eighth hole. We were the first group to tee off and i was the last to hit in the group. Hole was measuring 170 but slightly downhill, i decided at elevation a 9 iron would be pretty close. I teed it up put a good swing on it and watched it fly through the air, i could see that it was flying true so my first thought was if this is the right club it could be close. It hit about 4 feet behind the hole and we watched it spin back towards the hole and disappear. I went NUTS, not only becuase it was a hole in one but it was the grand prize hole in one and won me a 2017 Toyota Camry!!!! Unbelievable, i took off sprinting to the hole yelling and screaming and high fiving everybody who had witnessed or was close.
