Is SM10 in the bag?

    Morning TT! 

    As the launch of SM10 is now behind us, I want to hear who has made the switch to the NEW SM10. Or is it on the horizon and you just need to book into that fitting first? 

    I've taken the leap of faith and placed a 60.08M in the bag this year, to go alongside 50.12F and a 54.14F. Never played that much loft but it felt fantastic in the fitting.

    Fitted for SM10S on Friday 15th March by Roddy Spence at Dunnikeir Golf Club. Picked up wedges on the 20th March. Great service and thanks to local Pro Ally McDonald for his help with purchase. I did a Titleist self fit on my SM9s and after playing a season with them I wasn't happy with a few things therefore I decided to go for a full fit on 10s, basically to make sure I wasn't wasting my money. I wasn't surprised when Roddy suggested a gap and shaft change to suit my ball strike etc. Normally I'd be straight onto the course to hit a few shots and a bit of practice. Unfortunately, the rain continues so I'll have to wait to hit them off turf.

    Not in the bag yet. I'm hoping to get more practice in and solidify my game a little more over the coming months then potentially get a fitting later this year once I'm more consistent.

    I'd love to get some SM9's/SM10's in the bag!

    Had the SM10 since begining of March, a really quick turnaround on the order and customisation (v.happy btw, looks great, BV spread in Navy Blue and Initials in California Blue)
    60'D grind and 54'M grind. I missed out on the SM9s so upgraded the SM8s - they can stay in the practice bag, dont want to ruin the new grooves.
    Fitted by George Phillips at The London Club, excellent session, with full gapping and attention to detail on how i played shots (Full, around green etc)
    Was very surprised with the D grind, as never tried that before, but as a "digger" this grind really helped me.

    I pre ordered the same spec SM10 wedges as I was fitted last year at craigielaw.
    They arrived and are in the bag, can’t wait to get over a hand injury to put them to the test. ️‍♂️

    Just picked mine up yesterday, looking forward to 9 (wet) holes Friday afternoon. Slight tweak to the SM9 specs on my 58 but 50 and 54 same as SM9 which were terrific

    I have custom SM8s in the bag currently! I will need to get booked in and see if my current wedges need updating, and if so… will they be suitable for my son who’s golf mad and aged 13 “just”.

    Have only updated my lob wedge so far but I am sure it won’t be long before the others are also upgraded.

    Got fitted at the Team Titleist day @ Foxhills, and ordered LH 50.08F, 54.10S and 58.08M in the new Nickel finish. Dispite have the golf club closed or muddy I just came back from a whole week playing in the sunshine (and the warmth) of the South of France. Enjoy them very much.

    Taken the plunge (despite saying not this year) and changed all wedges to SM10.
    Practiced a few times since my fitting and they are superb, hopefully first time on course tomorrow as it’s been shut since I had them ️

    I'll be making the jump from my sm9s pretty soon... Instead of waiting and getting them in the same colour I have 3 different colours.
    I'll stick with the same grinds, just get them all in tour chrome

    Added a set (50/56/60) to the bag this year, haven't gamed a vokey since SM4 having previously been using miz S5 and I must say what an absolute delight the SM10's are, workable and the feel is out of this world! A perfect compliment for my T150s

    Hi Will, I was fit back in February for the SM10, I ordered the Nikel 48/10F 52/08F and 56/10S with ProjextX 6.0 and Multi compound plus 4 midsize grip and they look great.
    First outing today as I wasn't allowed to use until my birthday. Only managed to use the 52 and 56, first shot with 56 from the bunker, wow it’s gets it out but a little too much, need to have a few practice sessions, It did mark up in the sand, but hey, it’s going to anyway. Stopping power was great and feel is a knife through butter, delightful!
    Next up, irons!

    I have not upgraded to the SM10, purely because I have been so impressed with the SM9's, although I have try them and they feel fantastic.

    But I have taken the opportunity of making the most of the reduced SM9 prices to change my set up to 50, 54, 58 from 52, 56, 60.

    I am sure I will take the plunge at some point but probably not until next spring.

    Sm10’s in the bag last weekend and I know the SM9’s are superb but I could tell the difference. The 50 def has a lower ball flight and stops quicker even playing in swampy conditions! Different finish this year went from the black finish to nickel and they look amazing.

    I'm still playing my SM9s until they wear out..... then there will be some SM10s being purchsed.
