I have not seen this on any of my Players 4 or Players 4 Carbon bags with lots of walking rounds on them. I do keep a very light bag with only 12 clubs, usually 6 balls, and small bag of tees, markers, etc. It could partly be related to the weight if yours is loaded down. If within the warranty timeframe, definitely contact your Titleist dealer where you purchased it.

I have the stadry 4 that is 15 months old - not a strap issue for me the seam has pulled apart neat the handle.Unfortunately having only recently noticed, I am past the warranty date but I am very disappointed in the quality as the bag has probably done c 30 rounds only.

It seems the quality isn’t what it was - my previous stadry did 4 years good service but started to wear through where it rubs against my hip.
