    My 2026 golf calendar is starting to get locked in and I can't wait for all this snow in Northern Virginia to melt. My son is in his senior year of high school and we are taking a father/son golf trip over spring break. Tot Hill Farm, Tobacco Road and then Royal New Kent on the way back to the DMV.

    As I'll be an empty nester come September, I've got a Labor Day weekend golf trip to Pinehurst.. #10, #2, Cradle, #4, #1 and #8...

    Hopefully you will enjoy both the NC courses...they are different yet similar! Fun and frustrating.

    Very nice line up of courses at the resort. You will probably get some good meals as well. One of the best breakfast offerings I have experienced. Nice touch with the Strantz courses on the return. Curious as to whether you had a definitive reason for picking Royal New Kent over Stonehouse, given they are so close together.
