The Lake of the Ozarks has tremendous courses, having lived there for over 30yrs I know them quite well. My recommendation would be Porto Cima, Osage National, Old Kinderhook, The Cove. In regards to accomodations, you may consider a Vrbo, HH area. the other option Is Lodge of Four Seasons, which has 2 courses, Seasons Ridge and The Cove. the Resort has been there for many years and undergone a facelift and some condo's on property. Also, those two courses are Troon Managed and if you have a Troon Card you do get a discount and 2/1 golf.
Will be a great time of the year at the Lake, if you have the opportunity go for dinner at Baxters!

The planned visit last fall is now on the tee for mid April.

Osage, Old Kinderhook, The Cove, Seasons Ridge and Buffalo Ridge are on deck.

Have played - Osage National Golf Course, Old Kinderhook, The Ridge and The Oaks Golf Course at Margaritaville.

Kinderhook and Osage were challenging and fun. The Ridge was ok and The Oaks was wet and rainy so didn't get to enjoy it as much.
