Even though I “flunk” the assessment due to existing poor flexibility, focusing on areas of weakness has helped me survive with no golf induced injuries. Unlike a gym, the focus is not on weight training or extensive use of complicated equipment.
As well as help me work through (numerous) non-golf related injuries. Good to know in addition to physical assessment certified, instructors, there are also medical certified instructors. After a shoulder and multiple rib injury, i eschewed ny network PT and rapidly resolved that injury.

    Love the program.

Yes. I connected with Andrew Ransom, a TPI coach and did on online assessment. Then he designed a workout program for me. It was very helpful for my golf and overall fitness. My only suggestion to people doing it is to leave your ego at home, accept the evaluation of your weaknesses and be disciplined and patient throughout the process. It’s not a magic bullet.

I found a TPI Certified instructor who teaches on line (Andrew Ransom) and while the initial evaluation was humbling, it was great to have a coherent plant for improving my mobility and strength. I followed the program for 3 months and then added the Stack workouts to my routine. I’m 70 and with these workouts, have been able to continue to walk my hilly home course with no problems and have added a little over 10 yards in my drives and a little less with my irons according to Accros.

I highly recommend consulting a TPI certified coach.
