Hi Just took delivery of beautiful new bag, the Stadry Premium jetblack cart bag The shoulder strap is tucked into the putter well... and it’s attached at the bottom (inside) off the bag! Can’t for the life of me figure out how to get the strap out without tearing it away from the bag! I’ve looked for hidden access, pockets, zips etc to get access to the bottom of the strap, which I repeat is attached INSIDE the bottom of the bag! Help!
