Select Newport or Newport 2.5

    I am looking at purchasing my first Scotty. I was looking at the Newport or the Newport 2.5. I was thinking the 2.5 as i think it would help to take the putter a bit more inside. I typically take it outside and hit putts left. Any thoughts from anyone?

    If your miss is to the left based upon your stroke and you do not wish to alter your stroke mechanics then I would not agree that a newport or newport 2.5, since these will both increase your toe flow or hits to the left. I would encourage you to consider a mallet such as the Futura X7m.
