  1. Just wanted to get everyone's thoughts on The 150th Open? Who are you rooting for or who is your tip to win?

Current form, the top 3 in the US Open are going to right in there with a chance, would love to see Zalatoris get a major win.

I am rooting for Jordan Spieth, I think he has some unfinished business around St Andrews...

Patrick Cantlay, Cameron Smith, Will Zalatoris, all great Brand Ambassadors but do not want to put the jinx on them. Jordan is one always one we root for, but is his game ready for the old course? He has one of the greatest on his bag to get him around the course. Just want to see some great golf and a Titleist bag walking up 18 on Sunday to the cheers of the crowd.
  3. Can't argue with that! It is so up and down with JS at the moment. One day he is red hot and then the next he is completely off the boil.

But like you say, anyone with a Titleist bag walking up 18 on the Sunday is good enough for me!

Cannot leave JT out of the mix either.

Would be great to see Jordan get one at The Old Course after coming so close in 2015 but we will see if his game is ready. Zalatoris would be fun to watch on a links course. Like stated before, any Titleist bag going up 18 for the win is ok by me.

Honestly, I'd love to see JT or Jordan win at St Andrews...

Hopefully we get some elements that week so that we dont have to hear about how technology has ruined everything.
  8. I agree, nothing better than see the best in the world slug it out in tough conditions.

Playing links golf is so different. The player that does well is one who can control their irons via flight and spin. Can you hold it against the wind, use the wind, hit is high and really low when called for? The greens at St. Andrews are relatively flat and will be slower then all the other majors. Also, how do you handle the weather and its constant changes during the day.

A player like JT is one to keep an eye on.....

    Hey Jordan!

To many good players to mention and on such a special occasion it’s going to be great viewing how ever you watch it !

I’d like to see a Englishman win it just for the occasion, only name I can really put in there would be US Open Champion Matt Fitzpatrick just because he has that very low ball flight and can control the ball on a course like st. Andrews.

From the US yeah definitely JT or Jordan, just think Jordan may edge it as his had the experience of winning on Links and in a Open Championship.

Eva way as long as there is a Titleist bag walking up 18 on Sunday then it’s a win win for all.
  11. Completely agree, Simon!

Might we see a special release of gear next week?
  15. I am looking forward to an exciting finish on Sunday like we have seen in the first two majors this year.

I just watched the piece on the Open by Iona. It was a wonderful reminder of where the game we love came from and where all of us would be honored to spend a few days soaking it in! Thank you for putting it together!

Team Titleist has a strong field of players so I think any one of them will be in that finally group on Sunday. Personally, I’d love to see JT win to add this major to his resume.
