I wanted to share one of the most memorable moments I've ever had on a golf course.

During my club's Member-Guest tournament, I made an albatross (2 on a par 5) on the 15th hole—something I never imagined I'd experience.

The hole:

Driver to about 300 yards TS3 Hybrid from 235 yards Watched it land on the green...and disappear.

When we got to the green, the ball was gone. My first thought was that it had rolled off the back. Then someone said, "Check the hole."

Sure enough...there it was.

I've played golf for years, and as a low-handicap player I know how rare this is. The estimated odds are around 1 in 6 million—hundreds of times rarer than a hole-in-one.

Even cooler, it happened during our Member-Guest with one of my coworkers, Logan Griedl, who got to witness the entire thing (and saved me from having to convince everyone afterward that it actually happened!).

I've been a proud Titleist player for years. The shot was made with my TS3 Hybrid, and my bag is almost entirely Titleist: MB620 irons, TS3 fairway wood, Scotty Cameron putter, and of course a Titleist ProV1 golf ball.

I know the Albatross recognition program is no longer active, but I wanted to share the story because moments like these are why we all love this game. If there's any way to commemorate it with Team Titleist, it would mean a great deal.
