6/21/26 - Father’s Day

My parents and I were golfing at trumansburg golf course for Father’s Day, which was the first Father’s Day without my grandpa who was an avid golfer, and golf ball finder. We stopped on hole number 6 to pay homage and collect some golf balls in a river off the right rough and finished the hole without thinking. We got to hole 7 and decided to change up the ball I was using and dropped one of the balled we found on the tee box, and asked grandpa for some luck up above. It was an 160 yard downhill par 3 with a bunker in the front of the green with a tucked pin in the back right corner. I usually aim for the middle of the green but I purred it just off the toe and it flew just right, two bounced, and what do you know. I was given my first hole in 1 ever. Tell me a crazier hole in 1 story.
