My brother in law got us on Stone Canyon which is the premier golf course in Tucson. It was the Saturday after Thanksgiving. My brother in law, my son and my sister in law were the foursome. I had injured my back on a hike two days earlier. And so was swinging easy to say the least. Who knew. The ball was pure off the club face hit a couple of feet short and rolled in. It was a fairly narrow landing area. My sister in law was on the up tees and yelled when it rolled in. My back hurt so bad that I almost had to lay down on the green to pull it out of the cup. To say it was a thrill is an understatement. the fact that my son, brother in law and sister in law was with me made it that much better.

Ironically I had one 37 years ago on number 6 at another course. And shot 44 on the front on both courses. And my brother in law was in the foursome in front of me.
