On August 31st, 2025 in a competitive match at my home course, Silvermine Golf Club, I stepped up to the uphill 12th—176 yards, blind to the pin. I struck it pure with my 5-iron but couldn’t see a thing from the tee. On the green, though, the Head Pro, Assistant Pro, and General Manager were all watching. They saw it land, take a perfect line, and roll in “like a putt.”
The next thing I heard was an eruption from the green—three Silvermine leaders going absolutely crazy as the ball disappeared for a hole-in-one I never actually saw.
A once-in-a-lifetime shot… confirmed by the best witnesses you could ask for.
