My name is David Irvin. I have been playing golf consistently since my youngest child went off to college in 2009. I’m now retired but work full time at a golf course. I travel with my clubs and I travel often. I’ve played thousands of rounds of golf and practiced on the course too many times to count………BUT….on Thursday, October 16, 2025, I GOT MY FIRST HOLE-IN-ONE!! Hole 4 on the Cypress course at Sweetwater Country Club in Sugarland, Texas. I used a Titleist 3 ProV1 Ball! The best part was my friends got to witness it with me, one even called it! I thanked God then thought “should I quit playing golf now that I’ve reached the pinnacle! LOL! NEVER!! What a feeling! Everyone I’ve told…..and I’ve told several, seemed to enjoy it as much as I did!
