The 13th hole on the Palmer Course at Geneva National, WI is 149 yards over half of the greenside pond running up the right side. August 27, 2025 it played 131 given the elevated tee and tees at the front of the tee box . My foursome was with three long time high school friends since we're all in our early 70s. After my first high school friend hit his into the greenside pond on the right, the second hit his left of the green. As my 3rd high school friend (our best golfer) was teeing up his ball, I actually said "Bill, leave some room in front of the pin for my hole in one." His shot ran past the pin so I hit my 8-iron to land my ProV1x on the green short of the center pin. Fortunately we all were able to watch it land and roll and roll and roll into the cup! What a thrill for my 1st ace for it to be witnessed by three long time high school friends as part of our second annual high school reunion golf outing at Geneva National.
