I was in a scramble to raise money for our local cancer center! I was on the 2nd hole and decided to go up one more club to make sure I could get over the pond. When I hit the ball, the cat tails were in my way and I couldn’t see where the ball landed but knew it was going in the direction of the hole. I thought I hit too much club at first but then noticed the guys on the 3rd tee box jumping up and down pointing towards the green, because they saw the ball bounce in front of the hole and roll in. What a great feeling it was to find out that I had my first hole in one. It was a perfect day!
