  1. Are weights that were put in by the Scotty Custom Shop hard to remove? I am afraid that they won't be removable once I get them back if i wanna change them.

Not if you have a weight tool. You can find one at this link on the Scotty Cameron website: www.scottycameron.com/.../product.aspx

    Good luck!

As long as you use the Scotty Cameron tool and put it flush using your socket wrench this should be no problems, the only reason sticks is because of the rubber washers. If by chance you're still having trouble take it to any golf shop and they be more than happy to help in the club repair section.

They aren't hard to remove. Get a towel, put it on the floor. Then put the putter on the towel. Grab a 3/8 drive ratchet and apply enough pressure to loosen up the factory installed weight. There is an adhesive in there, but doesn't take much to get the installed weight out. I used the towel to prevent scratches on the putter. It's easy to do.

You may need to head the putter head a bit to get them out. The Custom Shop uses Loctite when they put them in and it can make them hard to remove. Soak the head in some hot water and the Loctite should loosen up. As others have said, you will need the correct weight tool but you can get this from the Scotty Cameron online shop.

boil water in a pan and dip the bottom 1/4" of the putter in the boiling water for 5 seconds and the weights will loosen easily. Works every time and doesn't hurt the putter or paint job in the least.
  7. I take my weights out about once a month and clean the ports out. small rocks/sand get in there.
