I’m interested in the full bag and wedge fitting process at Northview. How would you rate your fitting?

Did they fit only with a 7 iron or have you hit 3-PW in T 100, 150, 250 and 250* combinations. Did you try different shafts, lengths, grips and swing weights? Did you see results from the new lie adjustment feature to improve your distance, dispersion and descent angle?

What was your experience with the wedge fitting?

Did you order the recommended clubs from Northview or take your fitting specs to your club to order?

I've been fit a couple of times for irons & woods over the last 10 years at Northview, it's a very informative session.
Warm up with your clubs so the fitter can see how you're hitting them. Advise them the type of player you are & what your goals are. Based on that you will try the different the heads with various shafts. Trackman is used in all cases. They will fit you with the proper golf ball as well.
When it comes to wedges, I've never been fit, I research the loft, bounce, etc on the various wedges on the Vokey website & by speaking to the Titleist reps at TT Events & the local Titleist rep here in Vancouver. I hope to hit the new SM11's in San Diego this spring?
The fitter will email you the specs & you always have the option to purchase them from Northview, Titleist or your local Titleist supplier. Hope this helps.

I’ve been to a few fittings over the years, but my experience with Tom at Northview has easily been the best.

He didn’t just hand me a 7-iron and call it a day — we went through a full lineup, from 3-iron all the way to PW. He even recommended having my PW bent when placing my order so it would blend perfectly with my Vokeys. That kind of attention to detail is rare.

We tested multiple heads and multiple shafts, and Tom took the time to break down every number with me — ball speed, launch, spin, apex, descent angle — and explain exactly what was happening with each combination. I walked away actually understanding my swing instead of guessing.

I went back again for a retro-fitting on my driver, and he went above and beyond there too. He helped me dial in a setup that finally matches my speed and tendencies, and my confidence off the tee has gone way up because of it.

I’ll be returning in the spring for a wedge fitting once the turf is ready. I want to dial in the gapping and grinds properly, and Tom is the only guy I trust with that.

I ordered my irons through him for my exact specs was very easy to do
