    After 45 years of playing finally had my first hole in one yesterday. 6th hole at Twin Creeks Golf and Countrt Club in Sydney. 156m, 6 iron, second bounce heard it hit the pin and then watched the ball disappear…..what a cool moment. Playing partners…

    I had a two-day tournament and on the second day, I made a Hole-in-One! Didn’t do well the first day and was feeling pretty down, but I kept my focus and managed to even out my score. Definitely a day to remember!

    Does anybody switch out their golf ball to a lower compression ball for the winter? I usually use ProV1s during the year, and I have in the past used cally Supersofts in the winter. Is there a Titleist equivalent to the low compression golf ball?

    I have many iron sets. Anyone remember the Z-Blend irons? Anyone compare the 690 blades to the new T models? Interestingly, my APT2 irons play much like my ancient 762s. Up for discussion.

    Is it worth balancing your golf balls? I’ve seen a lot of people say thee heavy and light spots should be in a line and that’s the line you use for lining up with.
