On July 27th, 2018 I attended the 3rd Annual 'Water Equation' Golf Tournament at the Indian Canyon Golf Course in Spokane, WA. I started the round using srxn golf balls but at the short 121 yard Par 3 #11 I hit an errant tee shot 10-15 yards left of the green and was the closest ball for our foursome, not good! Fast forward to the 178 yard Par 3 #13 I changed to a Titleist DT TruSoft ball. The hole was playing 159 yards to a front pin location. I was shooting last and my golf partner hit a beautiful shot to inside 4 ft. After which he turned to me and said 'the only thing to do now is hit it closer'. I selected my Top Flite XL2000 9-Iron from my bag, teed up my Titleist DT TruSoft ball and took dead aim. The shot bounced a single time, hit the flag stick a few inches above the hole, and dropped in for the Ace!
