I missed a couple putts early in the round which gave my playing competitor and good golf buddy a little cushion. Not to worry as the approachable par 3 #6 gave me a perfect yardage into a modest breeze. I struck the 8 iron perfect with a beautiful drawing ball flight, avoiding the daunting bunker hugging the front/left half of the green. And what a shot it was! Landed about 3 feet in front of the hole and a second after I thought it was left just short the ProV1 disappeared. The celebration proceeded!! Ran halfway to the hole, ran back to the tee to celebrate with my buddy and capture the moment. That moment goes down in the memory bank... Also, closed out the round to win by 1, the number for the day-
