I ran into my son on the way to the golf course. He’s a college athlete working his way through the summer. A hug and “I love you,” started my day off well above my expectations. I told my playing partner, “What happens on the course today doesn’t matter. Today is a good day.” Titleist made my day even better when I used my AP1 718 9 iron and a ProV1x to ace the 17th at Harry Mussatto Golf Course on the campus of WIU. The shot was a high draw to a back pin. The ball landed just past the hole and had just the right amount of spin to find the cup. Today really was a good day.
