I hit it thin and yelled "thin" and "get over the rocks." It barely cleared the rocks, kicked forward, released, and eventually rolled straight into the cup. Ugly shot, but lucky and effective result. Playing partners in my foursome from The Davis Golf Outing-Kevin Davis, Ivan Galic, and Charlie Angiulli went nuts. 1ST Hole in One in my life of 40+ years of golf. I'll take it. NICE!!!
