The Most Unlikely Hole in One

I'm a high handicap golfer who has only played the game for several years. My new client, Harford Community College, invited me to play in their charitable foundation's annual tournament. After 13 holes not played so well, I lined up on the 169 yard par 3 with a 6 iron. On a prior hole, I used a 5 iron to hit a 155 yard approach shot, so pulling a 6 iron was a strange choice.

I hit the ball about 25 feet to the right of the pin (and about 3 feet from the fringe) and it rolled for about 10 seconds right into the hole.

The prize was a 2013 Buick Encore and everybody was in disbelief. First time in 20 years of the tournament that an ace was made.

I was probably the most unlikely person to hit a hole-in-one that day.
