My son's best friend came to town,so as I always do I made a tee time at River Oaks Golf Club for the 3 of us. Was a warm sunny day,nothing different until I got to the 5th hole. 190 yards. Pulled out my 4 Iron and teed off. Saw it on the green, wasn't sure if it was in the hole or behind the flag. My son reassured me,"No dad,it is in the hole". What an exciting moment. Tears of joy. Couldn't have been a better day.What made it even better is that I was with my son.
