Playing as a guest at Gleneagles C.C. in Plano TX this weekend. Last round today before heading back to snowy Minnesota. My brother (member) and I were finishing up and facing a stiff "north wind" (that the locals mentioned at the beginning of the round with disdain) on the par 3 17th. To account for the wind, I played an 8 i on the 135 hole. The shot landed 3 ft. behind the hole, spun back...and disappeared.
