I have been playing golf for over 30 years and I have witnessed 3 hole in ones but I have never had one. On Sept. 5, 2013 I was playing golf with 3 members of the high school golf team that I coach when I experienced my 1st hole-in-one on the 200 yard #11 hole at Loudon Meadows Golf Club. I got more enjoyment watching the 3 high school golfers jumping up and down yelling 1 than I did hitting the shot. I called my wife to tell her because she just started playing golf a couple of years ago and she said she wished she was there because she has never seen one. As it turns out exactly one week later, she hit her first hole-in-one on hole#2 at Loudon Meadows so I did not have bragging rights in for very long.the house
