Played at Amelia National at Amelia Island, Florida in the annual Down Syndrome Association of Jacksonville golf tournament. We started the round at hole 13 and I played fairly miserable all round. As we came up to the final hole, which for us was a par 3 at hole #12, I pulled out my 5 iron for this 175 yard shot. As soon as I hit the ball, I knew it was a good one...but when it landed and immediately disappeared in the hole, I think people heard me yelling from a mile away! So exciting and even better, the tournament offered free drinks all day long so I didn't have to buy anyone a free round! On a side note, I played with Calloway balls all day until I came up to the final hole. Once I switched to my Titleist ball for this final hole and sunk it, I will never play another brand of balls other than Titleist again! What a day!
