My friend Andrew McKeon and I and a gentleman named Thad, whom we met on the 1st tee box,were playing a round on 7/31/18 @ the Saratoga Spa Golf Course in Saratoga NY. When I approached the par 3 8th hole, it was 150 yrds to the flag, I teed up and hit a solid ball that faded a bit and landed left of the pin. It started leaking right and then disappeared. The light was such that it hard to tell IF it’d actually went into the cup, although Andrew and Thad said “it’s in the cup!!!” I was in such stunned awe and disbelief that I didn’t believe it till I walk onto the green and looked into the cup and there it was. Now I love this game but never thought I’d ever get a hole in one............now I’m going to try for another!!!! What a feeling.
