About 2 weeks ago my playing partner told me to put $10 in the hole in pot. He wanted me to because we always play together and if he ever hit one his witness had to also be in pot in order to win it. So low and behold I gave the club my 10 bucks. 10 days after while playing in our normal Sunday game I teed off on hole 14 with a 9iron from 137 out. Ball landed past flag and to the right. Hit, hopped and spun back like only a proV1 will. It looked like it hit flagstick from where we were standing but I could still see the ball so I didn't think it went. Got to the green, hopped out cart and grabbed my Scotty putter. As I walked to green I realized that I could only see half the ball. I realized it was half way down with flag stick barely holding ball up. Realized what I had accomplished and immediately started acting like it had never happened to me before, which it hasn't. First hole in 1 and I'll never forget. Guys I normally play with witnessed and I took the pot!! Thanks proV!!!
