1st on the tee, the 5th hole is a short Par 3 with a very small green. Slightly down breeze. I tee the ball up, a Titleist Pro V1 #2, with pink circles around the numbers "2" and a pink line along the pro v1 lettering.

I lined up the pink line in the proper direction of the ball flight I'm "expecting" my ball to fly after contact. After striking the ball , my 1st delight is that it's airborne AND in the right direction. The trajectory is a little higher than normal. As it get halfway there, a man in my group says the proverbial "BE THE RIGHT STICK" as it heads right for the flag. As the ball descends toward the hole, another in the foursome says...."GET IN THE HOLE!! Within seconds, the ball hit the cup/flag making a loud rattle and stayed down until I was able to compose myself and go remove it :)).....along with a few pics !!
