I had the pleasure of playing Pine Valley on 10/2/2013. On the 5th hole a legendary par 3 at 211 yds uphill, I hit a pure 3 wood that was tracking right at the flag. We couldn't see the ball land or go in due to the distance and be uphill. Got up to the green with my friend who is a member and we didn't see my ball on the green. I said I hope I didn't go over. He smiled and said "maybe it's in the hole". He walked over to the hole and sure enough there was my Titliest 3 in the hole! Well the celebration began and the caddy informed me this is one of the most difficult par 3's in the world and very few have made a hole-in-one. WOW! That made it even sweeter. This was my first one after 50 years of golfing and to get it on Pro V1 #5 was really special.
