PAR 4 HOLE IN ONE BY RICK WHEELER

I was playing at my local club and was on a dogleg right par 4. I decided to cut the corner and go for the green or somewhere around the green. Used my driver to cut the corner and as the ball left it just nicked a twig at the top of the hill. After looking for several minutes in the rough and around the green I had given up on finding my ball. With my ball hitting the twig at the top I assumed it had just not made it over the woods between the tee and the green. I told the group I was playing with to go ahead and finish the hole and if I found my ball while they were finishing up I would play it. One of my partners was taking the flag out of the hole and said "there's a ball in the hole" After I told him what brand of ball I hit he said well its in the hole. That's my story of my hole in one on a par 4. Total distance from tee to green was about 275 yards cutting the corner.
