I played 18 holes on a beautiful fall morning with three fabulous friends - Bev, Ann and Debi. Hole #3 on the north course is always a challenge for me with three bunkers surrounding the green. I aimed for the flagstick on the right back side of the green, and had a nice high shot. Due to the time of the morning, there was a glare from the sun right at the horizon. Bev said it went in or is right by the hole. I did not see it go in. Walking up to the green, I did not see it on the green. I set my bag down and grabbed my wedge and putter assuming the ball had bounced off the back side. Bev said "Just look in the hole." I glanced back at the hole and there it was! My group was super fun and we continued to have a great round. My parents and some friends cheered with me for an early happy hour on the outside patio! Such a fun experience I will always remember!
