1/24/19 I had just received my new PXG GEN1 clubs. I took advantage of their Hero’s Program. I didn’t even take them to the range. Straight to the coarse (Wildwood, Scappoose OR) with my good friend Doug. We stared on the back, playing ok. On the 12th hole, elevated green, pin toward the front. Tee box was up, about 100 yard shot. Smooth 50* Gap. First shot with that club. The Titleist DT TRUE-SOFT, hit about a foot beyond the hole. I was thinking at that moment “a chance for an easy birdie.” Then the ball disappeared!
