I am a new golfer who played her first round of golf in April, 2016 at the age of 70. On July 7, 2017 while playing in a light rain, I hit the green on the 105 yard 12th hole at Ballamor Golf Club in New Jersey. The ball rolled from the upper level to the lower back level. My playing partner said that could be a hole in one, but we could not see it due to the layout of the green. I approached the green feeling I overshot the hole. Upon looking into the hole at the urging of my partner, I was shocked to see the ball. This is an experience I will never forget.
