Tuesday 12th sep 2016 I had my first hole in one , Name mark simpson ,live in Northen Ireland , Handicap 11 I play with all Titleist gear ,my local course is a links 18 hole called Kirkistown Castle Golf Club,, My first nine holes weren't going that great a view wayward shots gave a score of 14 points was nearly ready for throwing the towel in but kept at it and on the turn I started to get a better round going , When we got to the 14th hole 180yards the wind was left to right blowing 18 to 20 mph, some days ive seen myself and others taking 3 wood at this hole ,its straight hole surrounded bye bunkers, today using my Titleist Ap1 7 iron and pro v ball I couldn't if hit the ball sweeter , my playing partners said that is bound to be close to the hole as we couldn't see the hole as the pin was put out of view ,it wasn't till we got up close to the green I couldn't see my ball ,I looked at the back of the green first as there is a we dip but the ball wasn't to be seen so my playing partner went over to the hole and there it was ,HOLE IN ONE what a feeling my playing buddies were over the moon for me , to be truthful I was really caring how the rest of my game went lol but I ended up with 21 points on the back nine so all in all was really happy,,
