My First Hole in One

I have been playing golf for over 30 years and have had numerous almost "Hole in Ones",but never a real Hole in One. It is only fitting that it came on one of my favorite golf courses, Point O Woods Golf & Country Club in Benton Harbor, Michigan, and at the Clubs championship par 3, ninth hole. The shot was from their middle tees and was at 165 yards, over water and landing on the green and rolling into hole.

The course had been host to the PGA Western Amateur Golf Tournament
for over 37 years and was once ranked in the top 100 golf courses
In the United States.

It was also special playing with two great friends, Tony Anderson
and John Meany, who witnessing the shot, along with three "Honor" Caddies.

It is a "Great Feeling "to Ace a hole.
