My First Hole-in-One

My buddies and I were playing golf Friday, August 14, 2015 at South Creek at Myrtle Beach National. I had just made Birdie at hole number 7 so I won the tee box for number 8. The hole was playing 183 to a middle pin placement, the green was angled a little to where you can see the whole green from the tee box. I stepped up with my 6 iron and hit it out to the right of the pin with a little draw. It hit 2 foot to the right and 5 foot short of the pin took one hope and disappeared from sight. This was my first hole in one, I have been playing golf for 18 years, started when I joined the AF. I have been close before and had been flirting with the cup all year and on this day I finally did it. I think we scared another group behind us when we celebrated, what a feeling to finally get that first one. Also I would like to say that the course down there was amazing and I am glad it happened there they were just as excited as I was about my first hole in one.
