Tuesday, September 4, 2018. I was playing in 9 hole, 4 man team scrimmage at my local golf course. The Sevierville Golf Course in Sevierville Tennessee. We started on number 8, ended with a par for the whole. I had a great feeling going to number 9. Little did I know that would be my magic shot of the night, as well as my career. I teed up. Decided to take my 5 iron as it was 170 plus yards to the pin. Flag location was to the front. Took a deep breath and gave it what I got. As I watched the ball fly through the air and drop. The ball continued to roll ans dropped in. All kinds of thoughts started running through my head. My team congratulated me and I fought back the tears. Using my hand me down 5 it in from my grandpa who had passed I couldn't help but feel the energy radiating. It was a moment in which I will never forget.
