The hole was playing 175 yards downhill with wind coming in from my back. I lined up to hit a fade with my 8 iron. I hit it and I thought it was thinned but it landed on the green. I saw the ball role close to the hole and I thought that I had given myself a great birdie opportunity. I walked down to the green and I told my uncle that it might be in the hole and he got really excited. I then thought that the ball ran over the back of the green. I hustled over to the hole to see to my surprise my ball at the bottom of the cup. I was so excited to have gotten this big monkey off of my back and I was thrilled to tell my friends and family about this exciting event.
