My first ever hole in one. We were on a slightly elevated tee box, sun was in our face. I made the shot, it felt pure, noticed it was tracking pretty hard. I thought I saw it hit the pin. My buddies looked and said it sounded funny and asked if I hit the pin. I looked thru my rangefinder and thought I saw a ball on the back slope of green. There was even a “monitor” on the hole to watch for “holes in one “ for a tournament coming in behind us. Go down to the green, everyone goes to their own ball, but I can’t find mine. I asked the monitor, he was clueless where it was didn’t see anything he says. I walk to the hole, there was a divot about 18” in front of hole and my ProV1x #24 resting nicely against the pin in the bottom of the hole. Wow! I had just purchased the TM #4 Gapper just 4 hours prior to teeing off!
