After 47 years of golf I finally got my first hole in one on the 13th Hole at Holiday Golf Club in Panama City Beach, FL. We were playing the blue tees and the yardage was 186 yards to a front right pin. There was a pretty good breeze in our face so decided to hit a 4 iron. I made a good swing and followed the ball to the right where it looked like it hit just before the green as I saw a puff of sand. I reached down to pick up my tee and my playing partners (Rex Blair, Steve Redmond and George McGraw) said it went in the hole. Do to sun glare I never saw it drop but when we got to the green, sure enough, there was my Titleist Pro V1 number 4 in the hole. Finally after all these years!!
