September 9th, 2017 was the perfect golf day, here in Northern Colorado. Playing with my normal foursome is always a good way to start the day. The 5th Hole at Coal Creek is a short, downhill, Par 3, measuring 166 yds, yesterday. I hit a well struck shot, but as it sailed over the bunker, towards the flag, it drops out of sight. My buddy, jokingly said, "that must be in the hole". Walking up to the green and not seeing a ball, my partners were short or right, my heart beat quickened. Seeing the pitch mark, 2ft short of the pin, I knew it must be in. Low and behold, there it was in the bottom of the cup!!!!! I have to admit, it is one of the finer feelings in golf, hitting a hole-in-one, in front of great golf partners. The Titleist Pro-V1 is a great performing golf ball that will be in my bag until the day they call me to the proverbial 19th hole in the sky!!!
