Hole 12 at Cherry Creek Gold Course in Shelby Twp, MI. My First hole of the outing was 193 yard par 3, started the day with a 3 iron in hand, hit the shot about how I expected, not great but was tracking toward the center of the green. Seemed like a decent enough shot so I turned my back on it. Getting to the green we couldn't find the ball checked all angles before the Hole witness found it in the hole!!! Prize for the Hole in one was $10000, and a $1000 Yeti gift package!!! 27 Years of golfing, and lots of so close stories . . .certainly picked a great time to get my first!!
