This is a very uphill hole though only 155 yards plays on days like 165-170 yards, As I am getting older turned 65 already and retired this year, playing more at my beloved course which was home of the LPGA for 39 years last 4-5 being a Major. Playing with my wife and 2 other friends, I took out 5 wood , 4 and 5 iron i do not reach any more and ball always finds front bunker. Shot was straight and up, dropped on the front of the uphill green took another bounce straight up and disappeared. From below no body can see the cup just the flag but few wondered if it could be hole in one. I thought I would have passed the flag by 20 + feet as is the case when I land. We reach green walking up and no ball is seen on the green, rest of the friends had not landed either. Excitedly I look in the cup and there it was my Titleist Pro V1 with my my name on it TK.
